R. Cadieux Construction Inc. is a company with more than 35 years of experience in construction and renovation in the residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

The company was founded in 1987 by Mr. Roch Cadieux. After he retired, his daughter Mrs. Gabrielle Cadieux and her partner Mr. Michel Lepage took the reins and continued to solidify the

company's reputable brand thanks to their expertise and unwavering work ethics.

The same capable and energized team continued to support Mr. Jean-Sébastien when he acquired the company as its sole owner in 2022 and began a number of new projects.

2022, a New Era for the Company

35 years after the creation of R. Cadieux Construction Inc., Gabrielle and Michel decided to sell the company to one of their employees. This employee joined the team in April 2022 and quickly established strong bonds with its dynamic team.

He soon realized that the business already had the skilled and driven team necessary to ensure its success. Thus, upon acquisition, he assumed control of the business with full confidence.
